The digital media company Obsev is bringing all of its brands to Roku and Amazon Fire devices. [Obsev’s six brands include: The Fumble (Sports), Hollyscoop (Celebrity News), Obsev Now (“Nerdy” News), The Lowdown with Diana Madison (one-on-one interviews), Obsev Entertainment (Comic & Gaming News), and Obsev Food (that one’s self-explanatory).] Obsev formed last year, when video content producer Shandy Media consolidated its existing brands. At the time, Obsev CEO Raymond Attipa told Cynopsis Digital that 80% of Obsev’s audience was on mobile. “We would love to see around 30% of our mobile audience convert to the OTT apps in the early stages of this expansion,” he told Cynopsis Digital on Friday. “More and more, our audience is turning to streaming services for immediate and customized access,” added Obsev Co-Founder, Diana Madison. “Distributing our content to Roku and Amazon Fire was a no-brainer and will give them that access, direct to their TVs & apps.”
