Over the past 11 months, I’ve been working hard to take the weight off my body. I gained 50 pounds during my pregnancy with my second child, Christian. And for the second time around, it was a lot harder to take off the baby weight.

Looking back, it feels like the weight just sweated off after I had my first-born, Collette. It definitely didn’t feel the same, or as easy, with Christian. I felt like I had stubborn weight that was just stuck and wouldn’t get off.

So I started doing workouts three times a week. And I committed to it. But it was hard for me to keep up that workout schedule of three times a week, since I am a mother of two. Most of the time, my kids joined me during my workouts. So I’ve even learned how to work out at home and use my kids as weights.
